Can't believe I was doing that over a year ago. I did the treadmill, lots of strength machines, some free weights and the stretching bars today. Will be playing tennis from 7-9 in the morning and subbing for a friend in the evening from 7:30-9. No better way to start and end a day :) I do love tennis.
