did treadmill, some free weights and yoga. Will do more treadmill later. Want to get back to running. Went very slow today but will slowly increase my pace.

Can't believe I was doing that over a year ago. I did the treadmill, lots of strength machines, some free weights and the stretching bars today. Will be playing tennis from 7-9 in the morning and subbing for a friend in the evening from 7:30-9. No better way to start and end a day :) I do love tennis.

played tennis for 2 hours this morning and 1-1/2 hours tonite. Am tired. g'nite.

Ran 2 miles, did some upper body strength and then played tennis for 2 hours.

Played tennis for 2 hours. Jumped rope for 2 minutes w/o stopping.

Ran a 5k+ race. They misplaced the turnaround and it was about 3.5 miles!

Ran 3.5 miles on the treadmill and did some strength training. Tennis tomorrow AM.

I walked for an hour. Would have run but was up all night in the emergency room with my daughter. She's ok.

I ran 6 miles on the treadmill and a few squats and lunges.
