Eating slowly and paying attention is sadly lacking. We always eat in front of the TV at dinnertime and we always go for seconds. Tonight I will make us sit at the table and one helpin only.
Tomorrow we will be on the road. Hank and I are each others coach so maybe on the way we will make a fitness and diet plan, set our goals, make some plans. I know my number one goal is to be able to do 3 days of walks in a row by March. I need a training plan for that.
Last night I gave in and had a Pina Colada. I shouldn't say I gave in, I planned for it but I wish I didn't it. It wasn't worth the calories.
But I will give myself credit for not beating myself up.
