My breakfasts are so boring. The same meals day after day. I think it's time to revamp my menus. I don't like to cook and I don't plan meals. I guess I will be making some changes this weekend

Good Morning Team. Hope everyone is having a great Saturday. I'm feeling a lot better this morning than I did yesterday. At least today I can move without having a lot of pain. I flatly did too much at the fitness center Thursday and it kicked my butt. But I'll be there Monday and will go right back to those machines. But I think I'm going to go a little lighter with the weights and build up to the heavier ones. The personal trainer had me doing them at 25 lb weights and I think if I cut down to 20 lbs on them, it won't hurt me so much. Anyway, that's the plan. I won't see the personal trainer again for a month so I can set the weights to suit myself.
