I usually grabbed a granola bar and a cup of coffee as I was heading out the door to work at 615a and then I did not eat again until 1230 or 1 in the afternoon. After joining SP, I started making yogurt fruit smoothies and a English muffin with peanut butter and I feel so much better thru out my day. Because I get migraines frequently, I was a bit nervous about limiting my calorie intake but starting with a good breakfast with lots of protein and carbs has really helped. I have introduced my husband to the fruit yogurt smoothy in the morning as well and though he is very against tracking calories and exercise, I am slowing converting his way of thinking by telling him how much better I feel after exercise and eating right!
