Not sure of specifics, but I'm taking inventory next. From memory, I know there are some cooked veggies like carrots and beets, greens for salad, 3 kinds of cooked rice (for the rice tasting party experimentation/recipe development),a smidgen of Greek yogurt, almond breeze, eggs, blueberries, chopped peppers, onions, and tomato, garlic in oil, roasted sweet potatoes, mushrooms, blackberry preserves (NSA) from Mercier Orchard in Georgia, and flat breads.
The freezer has a lot of Morningstar farms products, broccoli, mixed veggies, raspberries, 9 frozen bananas for smoothies, cherries, blackberries, mixed fruit,

hahaha...we have the smallest fridge we have owned since we were married...and the stuff we normally like to stock it with fills it up pretty fast. I am having to fight for space for the healthy stuff...but I am willing to stand my ground...so at the moment: peppers, cucumber, carrots, spinach & kale, zucchini, green, red & white onions, cabbage (oh no...that one is in the cooler on the deck - our outdoor fridge :)), apples, eggs, almond milk, and a few other things... it's working!
