I like to make a breakfast sandwich in the microwave using Southwest style egg white in the carton. I toast a bagel thin, add the cooked egg whites and a slice of fat free cheese. Yummy! Only about 180 calories. I also picked fresh fruit when it was in season and froze it then I blend it with some nonfat yogurt, a little 1% milk, 2 Tbls. ground flax, 1 Tbls. wheat germ and a packet of stevia. Sometimes I add a dash of vanilla and a scoop of protein powder. Also, frozen spinach. You can't really taste the spinach! How cool is that?
