I make a pot of steal-cut oatmeal which has 4 servings at the begining of the week and then I 4 portions ready to go. Then I alternate one morning with
1/2 oatmeal, 1 TBL craisins/raisins, 1/2 tsp brown sugar and 1/2 cup milk
1 egg, 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1/2 oz cheese and any veggies or herbs I have on hand
If I need to have a little more carbs I add 1 slice Ezekiel sprout bread and if I need more calcium I add a glass of milk or yougert
