It's been forever since I have been here at Spark People. Writing down everything I ate and the calories was driving me crazy.
So a few weeks ago I started doing my diet seriously. 1 serving x 3 = 100% of my complete nutrition in 330 Calories And it is working!! Of course I'm having veggies (mostly stir-fried) and salads and some fruit.
I've lost about 9 lbs ... and have 7-8 more to go. Hope to reach my goal before the end of the month!
It isn't as easy as when I did it 30 yrs ago. But it works ... so what if it takes a little longer. I'm going to get the job done!
