Soup sounds like a great idea! I currently run it through the juicer twice then give it to my chickens. We got the birds about a month ago and they thrive on juice pulp and bugs from the yard. I figure I'm getting benefit of the veggies again when the chickens lay eggs :-)

I am currently making my first veggie broth with the pulp from juicing I did this morning. I added a bunch of dry herbs, salt and pepper, 12 cups water, and letting it simmer 2.5 hrs. I just really missed cooking so I am hoping this, plus a warm broth will help me continue on my 30-day juice fast. I'm on Day 9 today and keep dreaming of recipes to make once I'm done with the fast. lol
I'll let you know how it tastes once I strain it!

I was wondering what do you guys do with your pulp? Does anyone make broth? How has that affected your JF? I'm thinking of making one, with some herbs and pepper - just to shake things up, and to use up my pulp. As of now, I cook it up with a touch of meat for my dogs - they love it. OK, they eat it. LOL Seriously, before my first JF, neither of my dogs would touch a vegetable (or a piece of fruit). Now, one of them loves veggies and the other one will eat most as well.
