I have his weed greens drink mix which I like, so I thought I would try his protein. I find my energy is improving with his greens drink mix. I add it into the juice I make. It tastes good and is filling. I plan on using it during my juice fast as I feel more satisfied.
If it is going to be it is up to me !!!

Hey there, I'm on day one, and my doctor had the same concern. We talked it over and he said I should be fine using chia seeds, as I've been using them to supplement my protein intake for awhile now. They don't fill me up like they do for some people, but they contain protein and a range of other nutrients. I'd recommend doing some research and find if your body likes them... I usually get the Bob's Red Mill brand (Vitacost) or Nutvia locally.
I add a tablespoon or so to my juice and allow a few minutes for the seeds to soften, then drink it. Having that little extra also helps me "chew" my juice. I hope this helps!

Wanted to start another juice feast but dont want all the muscle loss i had the last time i did it . Has any one added a protien powder to there juices ?. there is a raw one called sunwarrior http://www.vitacost.com/sunwarrior-class ic-protein-raw-vegan-gluten-free . Also the protien might make you feel fuller as i am on my feet all day at work .
