Hi ~

Hope your doing well! I had my second day of work today and it went great. I was super worried I would get lightheaded or something. I only work in 3 hours increments, but I stand in one place the whole time. I weighed in this morning at 163.4!! For some reason seeing this number made me feel really motivated. I think its because it seemed a lot closer to being in the 150s! My sweetie told me this morning just how proud of me he is for sticking with this for as long as I have. I think I finally felt a little thinner today too. I don't think I am really at a noticeable point yet, but mentally the last couple days I have just felt so good and clear.

Hope everything in your world is right side up today :)

Hi Sherry ~

I like hearing about the food basket being 60% fresh! That's awesome. I have been feeding my kids (my partners kids) some of my morning juices that have pineapple, apples, oranges, etc, and they really like them! They guessed that their was carrots in in because it was so orange, but I didn't tell them about the cucumber, or sometimes spinach! I think I might be onto something as far as getting their veggies into them! They love those green smoothies drinks from Odwalla and such..

I have not tried any ginger in my juices yet. I have some in the freezer though, and have been thinking about it. I really like ginger, but mostly in teas, and not usually foods, or I would imagine juices. I haven't tried the 'Mean Green' recipe exactly, but have done similar (with spinach) I can get really cheap Organic spinach here, so it's a good route for me. Kale is super expensive here, but most of my family have gardens and grow Kale, so I have been Meaning to take a visit! I added cabbage to my shopping list for today. I have heard about all cabbage diets for stomach issues, but never tried it. Yes, I do live in Oregon, it is so beautiful here lately!

I feel so fantastic today and am now finally sure that I am over any adjustment humps. I weighed in this morning at 164.8 (just over a pound!) The funny thing is that I really don't feel much thinner like I do on usual fasts, but I feel so incredible and I know the scale is going down that I feel more motivated than ever! Hope your day is going just as great :)

Hi April! I totally agree with you.we made it to the commesary my kids live on base, he's an instructor in the army. You would not believe how much food we brought home the basket was overflowing ( as usual but the majority 60%) was fresh. Her grocery bill was HALF what it usually was! I do the cooking at night so I make it healthy even if I have to sneak veggies in puréed in spaghetti or chili ( just like they were little kids! Lol)
I had the best juice today and it was good too the Mean Green juice that joe cross relays on a lot. 6 leaves of Kale,2 green apples,1cucumber 1 peeled lemon, a small piece of ginger( we had no ginger..which I do not like to taste) so I used powdered ginger from the spice area. I think that was all. I had my doubts but it was good!
I am back to juicing today....ok I did snitch a strawberry and a grape.
Cabbage makes great juice. It is excellent for stomach problems. The pure juice will heal stomach ulcers up right away.i learned that several yrs ago from a dr who ran a study and used cabbage juice. With the right nutrients our body does heal well.
How fun that you guys went rafting. You live in Oregon, don't you? I am in Virginia right now but hubby and I live in Arizona for the last 7 months. I'm going for a walk back later.

Hmm.. I do know that the pith around them is good for you, but don't personally know about the peel. I just keep hearing it on different juicing websites. I am also running out of veggies! I didn't get the chance to get more tomatoes today so I made a mostly carrot, spinach, cucumber, a bit of onion (which I didn't taste at all!), and then added a green apple for better taste. Does cabbage juice well? I love cabbage.. I made spaghetti for my family tonight, the garlic bread smelled heavenly! My day was great! We all went and rafted down the river today, about 3+ hours. I felt like I was being lazy, but now my arms are so sore from paddling!

I too have trouble being around others eating processed foods, but my main issues is portion control also. My fiances kids mother is not a healthy eater at all and I have a really hard time getting the kids to eat much more than macaroni and pbjs. They like canned fruit more than real fruit.. scared of anything green, etc. Yay for your husband wanting to try a 10 day! That's great. My honey would never be able to handle anything like this, he lasts about 1/2 a day usually. Sept is a long time to be away from yours too :( As always, I think if your just making the best possible eating choices when you can (skipping the bread, butter, cheese) you'll make progress :)

Hi April, in the literature I have read citrus fruit Peelings have something that we are not suppose to eat, but the white pith just under the peeling is very good to eat.
We are running out of fresh veggies ( we didnt make it to the store today or the farmers market)
We plan to go to the commissary in the morning . So I had a piece of fish and a plate full of onions! Also a glass of cabbage juice.hopefully I can get back juicing by noon tomorrow. Because I am staying with my daughter right now I am limited about the types of groceries bought and no car for me to drive. I don't mind really but I have to adjust to their decisions.normally they eat about 90% processed foods and neither of them are over weight.i have changed my eating habits the last few years no sugar, no caffeine, very little added fats or oils BUT my Portion control is OUT of control. Not since the juice fast however.i made it 4 3/4 days without eating.wt stayed the same today. But my husband saw Fat Sick ND and said when I get home he is willing to go on the juice fast for ten days! But said he would have to go on it with me he couldn't do it alone! Woo hoo that is a major victory. He came up with the idea not me.. I have a briville juicer and love its strength. I am using a little cheap Black and decker juicer $ 35 at Walmart . I don't have a blender here at my daughters but she has a hand wand blender not sure if it could hold up to 2 or3 smoothies a day.guess I will be playing things by ear until I get home in Sept.
How did your day go?

hehe.. i was totally having a mental image of actually attempting to put croutons into a juicer. I didn't imagine that it would taste very good either! I do actually really like onions and don't think I would have an issue with it unless it was really intense. I don't think I would Ever throw out juice that I made either way. I try to never waste food if I don't need to.

My juicer is kind of a pain, I wash it every time of course so it's nice for me to make a lot of juice one or two times in the day and I do sometimes try to fit a lot of things into it. I do also always add some kind of fruit, like apples or oranges to give it a sweetness. This is why I think I need to use lot's and lot's of tomatoes and cucumbers (juicier veggies) rather than lots of fruit so that I get a good amount of juice. I've never really been a picky eater, so i'm totally fine with the lack of fruit. I have heard you are supposed to juice the lemon peel (if it's organic) but to only use an inch or less slice.

The issue I am having lately is the film on my teeth!! Brushing 4-5 times day just briefly. Have read some about the fruits at least being bad to sit on your teeth. I weighed in today again. Down 1 pound exactly. 166.0. Love to see that going down!

The onion was a white one I used a chunk about an inch wide and an inch long. The flavor came through mildly. Unless you are crazy about onions I would go small sections at a time and taste test .....less is more, lol! I like to juice things that I would put in a salad( not having much luck with the croutons!).... Hey, that's a joke April. emoticon
I use to put too many different veggies in the juice and the flavors were BAD. I'm thinking fewer flavors but get the Rainbow of colors in during the Whole day maybe three or four veggies just larger amts so you have enough juice. If the flavor is too strong then drop an apple in or a lemon. Also I've read not to use more than1/4 of your liquid as Greens.( the dark leafy greens) as it is too bitter .
I goofed one time, before I knew better .i juiced whole oranges , skin and all......my lips went numb! Now I know peel the skin off cirus. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thanks for that group of veggies together. I wrote some down on my shopping list. I think I just need to get more into juicing tomatoes as they are surely one of the most juiciest veggies. I picked up a ton of spinach today and seem to really enjoy that in my juices. Do you need to be sparing with the onion? and do you use sweet or spicy ones? I think the ones I have at home are right in the middle. It's amazing sometimes how if one person sticks solidly to something while another sits back and watches, how it can really inspire them to do something they may not otherwise. Even if your hubby incorporated it in for breakfast or something, it would help :)

G'night!

Thanks April for the heads up on the grapefruit and carrots! LOL!
I just did a lettuce tomato onion celery green pepper and tasted it before I added fruit...it was fine without the fruit so I just juiced one serving of cantaloupe separate. Both glasses were good by them selves.im trying to talk my hubby into at least watching Fat Sick nearly dead.hes a big guy 300+ lbs and 65 yr old I want him around a while.maybe it will inspire him to do this for a while too. It's midnight so I'm off to bed. emoticon

Hi Sherry ~

Yep, April is me! Wow, that is quite a story about your stomach surgery. That's unbelievable that you had to go that long having messed up surgery work done in your belly! I'm glad you got it all figured out even if it did take years to do. I really could not imagine not being able to eat good solids foods for that long. I hate having to throw up too.. bleh. I have often dealt with nausea, but mine was usually from overeating. I would basically eat myself sick because I focused only on flavors and not on nutrition, nor listening to my body. Even eating good rice and beans with veggies, I would cover them with cheese or something and eat WAY too much. Cheese and bread really are my weaknesses. Congrats on teaching yourself how to eat more nutritionally, I know it's really tough, especially if you were not raised that way. Good job on your walk also, I again did not :(. I think I am going to head out now for a quick walk before it gets dark though!

hehe.. your nasty juice comment made me laugh out loud.. I also made a juice, yesterday, that just grossed me out. I used grapefruit for the first time, but put too much in. Then I put too many carrots in (trying to not have it mostly be fruits). Grapefruits and carrots don't mix too well in large quantities..

Hi April ( your name , right???..think I may have seen that at the end of one of your eariler posts. Mine by the way is Sherry)
I wasn't upset over the peach, after all it was fruit and all that peach fiber passed through in 12 hours. emoticon there I go again talking about poo poo! LOL!
I had a bad stomach surgery 30. + yrs ago I lived in Alaska surgery was done in Washington state so never saw the dr again and was too dumb to know he messed things up so for all those years I was unable to digest meat eggs vegetables or fruit . I literally lived on junk food because it is very easy to digest. Icecream, cookies puréed soup and fruit juice became my friends. It took years before I started to worry about my nutritional health. That is when I started pureeing veg soups and juicing fruit then I expanded to juicing veggies. So instant potatoes were my staple for many years.during all this time I frequently vomited any food or medicine pill.i remember the dr told me this was normal and should disappear in a few months. I never saw a dr for this until4 yrs ago and she gave me suppositories to stop the vomiting.these made me too sleepy to work then my husband mentioned this to his cancer Dr/ surgeon three yrs ago he had me come in did tests, I went through six stretching procedures of my ESOghus , didnt work , then I had corrective surgery two yrs ago and my world opened up, I could eat.....boy could I eat.....EVERYTHING. So there never was a dedicated "Juice fast" .i just juiced what I liked but I kept reading up on nutrition to improve my health and slowly I started gaining ground .my poor eating habits and the high calorie junk food packed the weight on. So here I am after multipal diets and fads on what I believe the right path for optimal health.
Sorry I didn't mean to write a book. I've had a good day,did a 68 minute Power Walk had two juices so far.....one was NASTY.....tasted like Perfume!...gotta Go( literally) see ya!

Hi Sugar ~

Totally been there and lost a long post... Don't beat yourself up for eating a peach as it was a good thing to eat if you did cave in and eat something! I think I already mentioned.. but I caved in on frozen blueberries, and I think I even ate a pickle really late into the first night. I have tracked my food for a couple days, but not consistently. Mainly to get an idea of my calorie, carb, etc. consumption. Not much protein, but surprised at what does have protein in it that I had no idea! How long have your past juicing fasts gone for? And how many have you done total? Pretty sure I am solid on going for at least 2 weeks.

I weighed myself this morning.. weighed in at 167. This isn't much compared to my last weigh in, and I hate to say it, but I think I may have gone up into the 172-175 range and was in denial about it. I can't say that I wasn't bummed a little that it wasn't down further, and I wish that it was. But at the same time I am happy that it is lower than my last weigh in and that I now have a number to help me keep track. I may become an obsessive weigher now!

Hope you have a great day!

I just lost a long post, darn! Bottom line ...I did weigh this a.m. Down two more lbs for a total of 11 pounds down in 4 days. I caved in last night and ate a medium sz. Peach.thats good that your temptations are healthy ones. Like you I am undecided how long this juice fast will continue. The weight loss does motivate me to continue.i want to at least get back to where I was holding for three yrs and that is31 lbs away! I am tracking my food and water, at the end of each day I tally up how many veg servings and how many fruit sevg . I'm surprised not too bad.hope you have a great day juicing. It's nice your fast started so close to mine.

Congrats on your granddaughter to come :) That's great you are able to be there with her through this. I have no kids of my own, but my partner has two boys, 6 & 10. So i'm getting at least some kind of practice! He just spent a month in Texas for work, so I was missing him bad too.

I have actually been more tempted by foods like sauerkraut, pickles, edamames, etc. rather than chips and naughty foods. Probably because I have felt in a good mind set lately, which is a great thing! I'd love to pick up some good books but I always hesitate on buying new ones since we have so many good used book stores here. Not good if you want a new one though! Love to hear if you find or know of any good ones. I think ideally (after training myself to eat right) that I would like to be able to eat things like bread and pasta, but just make better choices about them. Yay on the exercise for you. I was thinking a lot today about walking, but did not make the time for it. Maybe tomorrow? I'm not sure if you mentioned how long you plan to do the juice fast for? I'm still undecided.

Late bed time for me tonight. Hope you had a good eve!

Good for you winning out against chips a nd cheese...not sure if I could have been that strong,LOL. I hear you on not wanting to find out the weight total yet. I am obsessing again at the scale so have decided to stay off until Friday( my usual scale day) I really like what I have read about dr Joel Furman . I'd like to read his books. I went to his web site trying to get more info.and there is a team that follows his plan, I joined but haven't had time to read up yet. There is also a dr mcdougall who teaches a plant and starch based died. ( includes brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta , whole wheat bread) but that is a long way off first have to get this juice fast conquered ! When I get hungry I do just fix myself another veg juice. I feel fine, did an hour power walk this morning and this afternoon I mowed my daughters huge lawn while she and her hubby went to the show. I'm just visiting until my granddaughter is born the end of aug.its daughter's first baby and she has some health issues so they asked if I'd come stay a few months here in Virginia...but I miss my hubby at home in Arizona.
Have a good evening!

YAY!!! Congrats on getting to Onederland!! I bet that's exciting, and I hope it only gets better!

Last night I was soooo hungry. I had some late juice, mint tea and tons of water trying to curb it, but it would just not quit growling! I have heard the first 3 days are always the toughest and they certainly were with other cleanses I have done, so happy to be over that hump. We had another couple over last night and they started eating doritos, cottage cheese, chicken nuggets, plus drinking beers at the table while we played games. I could smell the cheese on the chips! My willpower however was feeling very high and I did great focusing on other things.

Your after fast diet sounds great. I watched 'fat sick and nearly dead' last night again just to help remind myself of the great benefits of juicing. In one part they show a different food pyramid, by Joel Fuhrman, I think I will likely try to follow something like that as it keeps veggies on the top of the list, then fruits, beans, etc. and limits but doesn't totally exclude the other foods.

I refrained from weighing myself again this morning, so no update yet. I think I was honestly a little afraid in the beginning that my weight may have gone a couple pounds higher than my ticker, and I wasn't wanting to see it on the scale! Tomorrow will be day 5 and maybe I will do it then :)

Yup, it was 5 lbs in one day. When I am not eating right I easily stay away from the scale so lately it's been a once a week weigh in averaging 2 to 3 pound gain. That's why I had the fifty pound gain.but have made up my mind to really change my eating style( going plant based diet after the completion of the reboot and then transition to smoothies and finally vegetables and healthy starches). I did learn there is very little juice in the broccoli crowns, better to cut them off and cook them for someone else the stems have al the juice..
Let me know your scale results I'll be cheering you on. emoticon

Hi Sugarbaby ~

Great job on the willpower to pull the broccoli off the stove! Also good job on all the water intake! But sorry to hear about your not so fun evening in the bathroom :( I luckily have not had that issue.. YET! I have been wondering about it though.. I have had two BMs in the last 3 days, but both were normal. I am wondering if they are yet to come. I have also not used any sort of aid in that department, but I do have some tea (smooth move) that I think I will adopt in the next couple days if I don't go again.

Excited to try squash and pumpkin in some recipes. Cantaloupe and spinach were my new items today, and I have some grapefruit I will try tomorrow. I have not used broccoli yet, but worried my juicer is not powerful enough to get enough out of them.

Did you lose 5 lbs in one day?! I have been holding off on weighing myself. I am very surprised because I am usually a daily obsessive weigher. I am trying to not make the main focus be the scale, but rather trying to teach myself to adapt to healthy eating. Binge eating is my normal issue.

Keep me updated on getting under 200!! That's very exciting :)

Great to see you April. I am still holding on strong but they have finally pried my fingers off the refrigerator!Lol!

Well I had a bad result last night.after my last juice about 1 to 2 hrs I started getting nauseated and stomach cramps so I went to bed and ( sorry this is indelicate) and three hours later I woke up with diahrrea oh my gosh what a mess! But after my system was cleared out( and I had a shower) no further problems.

I held back on the leafy greens today und used more squash , tomatoes, bell peppers with one small handful once of greens. And some fruit.

I have had mental cravings and stupid conversations going on in my head.things like ( of course ALL related to food) Ii wanted to steam the broccoli crowns instead of juicing them ,
I went so far As to have them in the steamer on the stove and at the last moment I jerked them off the stove and put them in the juicer! Because I know cooking the veggies destroys the enzymes.

I did lose 5 lbs since yesterday...of course I know it's Water not fat....Yet! So day two for me feeling fine got a little hungry today so juiced about every four hours been forcing lots of water too and visiting the bathroom quite often. Perhaps tomorrow I will be under 200. Only been about 200 for three weeks so looking forward to Onederland again.

Hi Sugarbaby!

I am also just starting a juice fast. Today is my third day, although I gave in and ended up eating some frozen blueberries the first evening. I have been drinking carrots, cucumber, celery, apples, oranges, parsley, and lemons so far. Hoping to make a shopping trip this afternoon to mix it up! I have no trouble with consuming juice of almost any kind because I absolutely love it!

I am also aiming for health, but conveniently your health only gets better with losing that extra weight! Not to mention losing the sluggishness and bad moods, and gaining energy and confidence!!

I hope to see you frequently posting and would love to take this journey with others!

Hi, I started today,no cravings, no hunger.did 2 servings of fruit and 6 servings of veggies( red pepper, celery, carrot, cabbage, mustard greens. Poured it over ice. Didnt taste bad. I am trying to juice every six hours, but if I get hungry I will juice again. I am also drinking lots of water.i deffinitely want to reboot my appetite, cravings, and compulsive eating. I lost 70 lbs and kept it off for three yrs but then I retired and put on fifty lbs. in the last few months. I have seen joes FSND twice and plan to watch it several more times. I plan to juice then move on to smoothies and lastly on to plant based diet for life. Don't know the time frames for each of these stages but am confident that I can be successful. I'm 64, I love walking outdoors and swimming. I am really aiming for healthy.since the women in my family have a history of long lives most live well into their 90 s and some as long as 103 yrs of age. Since I plan on continuing my family legacy of longevity I want to be HEALTHY and active! I want you to hold me to this ,so would you please check up on me in ,say....40 or 45 years? Thanks! emoticon

Start each day fresh, the slate is clean , make good choices today.....for better results tomorrow.

Addressing the hunger thing. I juiced for 12 days. I had alot of energy. I juiced three times and my stomach did growl between lunch and dinner. I probably could have had another juice but I was too busy to bother. I just let it growl and thought...there goes a pound or two:) Now I am juicing once or twice a day depends on my mood and eating a regular meal. Starting Monday though I'm going to give the Spark Solution meal method a shot for two weeks...I'll miss those power drinks, but I have to learn how to eat healthy meals with healthy proportions etc. So good luck.

I was very hungry the first few days trying and failing to do a complete juice fast...in the end I settled on all juice and one clean meal (usually chicken/veg) and I had to work down to that, at first it was one meal + one snack + juice and trying to keep that within my calorie range was hard.

Let's see, this is day 43 for me of juicing daily, but I still have one meal a day...I'm not at all hungry though and juicing is normal to me now. I've had days where I still juiced, but had more or different food though...Actually, if I eat something to heavy or if I have sugar/fat combo now I feel pretty sick and my body wants the juice! Also, I can taste the chemicals more in processed foods now.

So, I guess I can't speak to the total juice fast part, but I've gotten great benefits from juicing and I plan to keep it as my normal rather than just a 60 fast thing. That said, I'd still like to try for a complete juice fast, I could probably do it now that my body isn't as toxic and I'm used to less food!

I have to ask a question I've been dying to ask. Are you hungry on the juice fast? I'm going to be doing 3 days juicing for the July 1st long weekend since I'll be able to sleep off the fatigue at home and be cranky without having to work. My biggest unanswered question is hunger. I'm worried that if I'm just juicing for any amount of time I'll be starving the whole time. But how could anyone do any length of time if that were true, right?

Hey Kristina,
Today is day 19 and I am down 27 pounds in 18days. it is wild. It is alot easier than I thought it would be. But I am looking forward to adding beans and nuts to my diet. Hope your back feels better. Mine is starting to act up, but I think it is trying to figure out how to handle the weight distribution. Hopefully it will settle down. Whenever I hurt or feel bad I always want to snack and eat comfort foods. I didnt get any lab work done yet as I will probably have to pay out of pocket for it. Anyway good luck this week.

Hi Helena,

Let me know how it goes if you do go to the doctor :) I'm taking it very slow and paying attention to how I feel much more than I usually do! I'm still not on the 100% juice fast, I still have my 3 juices and a meal and snack. My back was out two days this week (due to something stupid) and it threw everything off for me and I ate chocolate which then made me feel sick since my body didn't want it! Even my "meal" makes me feel icky unless it is something very healthy.

I did still keep my exercise streak going, but I had to be very slow and gentle. Despite not going fully yet, I'm still losing weight, but slowly. I did get a measuring tape and measured to track inches since pounds aren't necessarily accurate when I'm swimming and putting on muscle.

Let me know how your fast is going!

Kristina

Hi Kristina,

I am going to try and go the full 60 also. Today is day 18 and I have lost 27pounds. It is truly
amazing. I am very tired when I get up, but I don't think I am getting enough juice or water andyou really need to watch it. I did not go to the doctor before I started and get lab work done. But I think I am going to go this coming week. It really is too drastic not to be monitored. It is very easy to deplete your electrolytes. I am really psyched. I have not been this wt is years and am so excited. It makes me feel like I want to live again. Good Luck and
hope to chat with you along the journey.

Hi, I just joined this team :) I am getting ready to do a 60 day juice fast. For the first few days I'm just adding 3 green juices and still eating 1 meal and 1 snack. I didn't want to go right to only juice and then feel like I failed before starting if I ate something. I will need to cook for my family throughout. I also wanted to adjust to making the juice and getting used to it before it was all I did! I've been swimming for exercise about 3-4 times a week, I'm upping that to 6-7 days a week now and swimming longer.

If you type in Reboot in the nutrition track you'll find the green juice listed...310 calories for 16 oz glass. Keep in mind, that is for the recipe with mostly veggies! They say the guideline is 60% green veggies at least in your juice. High sugar vegetables and heavy fruit in the juice will mean much less weight loss because those juices would be more calories.

I'm only on my pre-fast day 3 today, but I can say just adding the juice I've had a ton of energy and my skin is looking clearer already. I've found already that if I feel sort of hungry/nauseous it is a sign for more water and more juice...not that I really need food right then. I'm also writing a blog on my page to keep track of my journey as I do this. Good luck!

~Kristina

My daughters and I have been kind of "on off" this week, but I find that it was good I started this way. We went out this weekend to Costco and bought a bunch of produce. Although I still have had coffee this morning, it's juice & water!! :o)

Today is day 7 of my reboot and I feel pretty good. Am down 16 pounds in one week. I know alot of that was water weight and also because I am so heavy, but it sure does motivate me to keep going. Had a few rough spots when I cooked for my husband, Wont do that again. At
least not until I have finished my fast.

I am going to try and do the 60 day reboot and am looking for a buddy or 2 to keep me going and vice versa.

I was looking for a buddy too! So I'm happy to lend encouragement and this is definitely a day by day process. To be honest, I started mine as a 15 day and now on day three I am thinking "why limit my success?" This can be done and I already feel so much better! This will be such a significant change in my habits and thinking. I always thought that I didn't eat all "that bad", but I knew it could be much more healthy and now I KNOW. This is life changing if you let it be!

Let's do this!

Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be. Because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.

I want to start a 30 day fast tomorrow. I've started a few times now and day 5 is where I lose it every time. Any little thing knocks me off. It's so frustrating!

But I'm sooooo fed up with feeling like crap and beating myself up for failing. I want to actually reach a goal for once.

I would really love to have support. I know this is going to be very hard for me. I've had no willpower to stick with anything lately.

One of the biggest reasons I want to do this is to get rid of my cravings. I want to be the kind of person that loves veggies and is repulsed by snickers bars. If you feel like juicing has helped you be successful with that, please share your experience!

I'm also interested in the after story. If you've already finished an extended juice fast, how did you transition off of it? How are you eating now? What have you struggled with?

Thanks guys!

If you only knew all the love that I found...
