Have you tried pilates? There's a lot of free videos on YouTube, just type in "pilates leg" and a whole range show up, however I have no idea if any of them are any good. Pilates is meant to be good for the core muscles too as my physio keeps recommending it to me.
I'm hypermobile (hence joining here) and have the worst of my issues with my knees so I can't really do squats, does anyone know a good alternative to them?

Time to stop trying to solve things with food (lack of included) that food won't solve. Food solves one thing: bodily hunger.
