back on the right exercise track yesterday after 2 days of not doing as much as I should have. 15 min walk, 40 min Wii Fit Plus, 10 minute toning video and 20 min yoga! It felt GREAT!

started the morning off with a 1 mile Leslie Sansone walk, I am doing her Year of Walking Challenge - 1 mile a day for 365 days.
36 minutes working out on Wii Fit Plus - Rhythm , , leg extensions (6 reps), arm extensions (20 reps), Birds Eye Bulls Eye - hehe I was flapping like a bird. These were all times 2.

I'm doing strength exercises on the Wii this week and they are much tougher than I thought they would be.
Also continuing with the walking! Think I'm going to be doing that inside the next few days since we are getting the crazy Nor'easter and we started out with rain this morning but it is snowing right now. UGH!

4 day streak since restarting my WII fit plus workouts! My goal is to do at least 20 minutes each day along with walking .I've done my walking with Leslie Sansone since I haven't been able to get outside between the weather and the boys being sick. Have also increased my strength training. It's amazing how doing more makes me want to do even more!
