Forgot to post yesterday...dropped 0.5lbs, so 3.5lbs in just 2 weeks - not bad! :) 4th of July weekend killed me, but I am rebounding pretty well. Getting back into my exercising and eating healthy groove! And I have decided to do a emoticon - now I have to find one in the area.

134.4 --- Ugh.

Morning everyone. Well we never did get all those BIG storms they told us to watch out for yesterday. I guess it's a blessing. I really did not want anymore downed trees. Funny thing is since we put the generator in we have not lost power. -------- Although I am still below my goal weight, I' not sure where the increase came from. Oh, yes I am. I would be willing to bet it is the ice cream I had yesterday. emoticon

I'm new to Sparky land this month. Moved over here from another site. I am in maintenance mode and came in at 132.2 today. I have lost over 50 pounds in the past year. My goal weight here (set in sparky land) is 134. In my mind it is 136. So anything below that makes me happy. If I see 131 I panic and adjust accordingly.

Just started Sparks so I am getting used to the tools, trackers etc..etc. Weighed myself today and I weigh 244 uck! I hope that by writing down what I actually eat, i can notice areas i need to improve upon nutrition wise....

191.2 down 2 lbs. I'm really focusing on doing everything healthy. I activated my FitBit yesterday and am concentrating on 10,000 steps. I've been on vacation and doing treadmill every day but it's hard to finish getting the rest by walking around the house cleaning or whatever. It makes me get out at the end of the day while dinner is cooking and complete my goal. It will be easier when I return to work. Sorry I got carried away....but I have lost 2 pounds

2.6 down and NOT COMING BACK since starting low carb! I also weight train 2 days a week and spin 1 day and walk every day (I'm a dog walker)! It all seems to be helping. I have a birthday party for an adorable one year old this weekend so it will be my first test of low carbing. I know I can do it!
