Hi, I just joined virtual weigh-in. I weigh in at 163. My goal is go get down to 150, I keep forgetting everything. Drink more water, log on for my meals, the only think I do is go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week. But, yeah, always a but, I don't do enough cardio.

I am righting all because my goal for this coming week is 8 glasses of water and cardio. I intend to use the treadmill and maybe pop in a walking dvd. Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Just started again yesterday. Weight 211.5 this morning. I started at 227, got down to 196, then gave up, big gain. Now, I will walk at Disney and Sea World, walked ten miles in two days.

Hi, I have just joined the Friday weigh-ins. I have been faithfully doing Sparks for about 1 year and 4 months. I have lost 47 pounds. Starting at 265, my goal is 140. Slowly, but surely. This week I stayed the same though one day I did 5 miles and another day I did 6 miles. Maybe water detention..... one can only hope!

Sw 2/20/15 196.4 was a 4 or two pounds loss. 56.6lbs loss.

Lw 2/27/15 lost 1.3lbs. 195.1 57.9lbs loss total!!

Cw 3/6/15 gained 0.9 lbs basically a pound. 196.0lbs. 57 lbs. Totally loss. Didn't do too bad in away not much moving n steps n water drinking. Will work on water today and more steps and next week s be even better.

Sw 2/16/15 lost 2lbs. Was 196.2-56.8 lbs total loss.
LW 2/14/15 gained back the 4.2 lbs. 200.4lbs. 53.2lbs total loss.

CW lost the 4 lbs. I Gained 196.4 lbs. Back n back to 56.6 lbs. Wahoo!!! Just from work walking Around. I am a 18-22 waist in pants two or one pants size down. I was 22-25 waist. (2+) basically!!! Wahoo!! Hopefully another next success progress or even more. Next wk.

late night snacking is my problem. Once the kids are in bed and I finished everything for the day, my husband and I try to have an hour of tv watching together. 15 minutes into this I start thinking "what's in the pantry that I could munch on?" Its terrible. I try to keep healthy snacks stocked up but there are still calories in those.

I too will be weighing in on Fridays so this way I have a group to post to which will keep me accountable for those weigh ins. My starting weight was 257 as of 1/2/15. I will weigh in again on 1/7.

I have been watching my calorie intake and logging my food. I also started a C25K program on Monday to keep me moving.

I have 2 little boys so finding time to go to the gym is nearly impossible. Im hoping by walking/jogging I wont have many excuses for not working out. I just walk out my front door and get moving.
