Yesterday a light bulb went off in my head.... I lost 4 pounds. Was discouraged so ate 2 of them back on. Realized if I had NOT eaten two pounds back on and lost 2 more that would six.etc. You get the picture. So now I'm a little hacked at myself, but won't backslide again!!!!

I think I have already "joined" this group of shorts. I am almost 68 and 4'11 and 1/2 inches. I set a goal for myself of 128. No goal set by doctor but when I get the read out of my weight and BMW I nearly faint. Spark people says I should weigh 115. I haven't weighed that in decades.

And my baby is almost 43....and I have one and maybe two 50 year high school reunions coming up this year. My husbands and hopefully mine. So I have to stop talking about losing weight and DO SOMETHING!!!!

I am 65 and 4'10" so any extra weight realy shows on me. I am attempting again to reach my goal weight set by my doctor - 110. At the present time very little of my clothes fit me due to my weight gain. I will have a new wardrobe awaiting me in the future.

I am 45 but I am 5'2" so every little bit shows (small chest too so that does not hide it). LOL
I is hard to walk outside in the cold, ice and snow so have taken to the treadmill.

Add me to the list also, 58 1/2, 5' 0" ( if I stretch) and family history of bad knees and hips. The joints feel better is I walk and use them, icy areas are hard on them but getting better. emoticon

I am sort of right there with you. I am a shade under 5 ft and am nearly 68. I also want to get into the 20's.

So I am now getting rid of the baby fat! Now with a lot of health conditions and bad knee and back. It's time right?- I did loose 2 lbs in this weigh in. And I am going on 60 years old and unable to have more children. So good time to get rid of it all. I am 5ft tall and want to get down to the 120's. I hope for lots of buddies in this. I also am doing a lot with my niece on another website. Trying to get her to come to sparkpeople but things haven't gone that way yet.

Hey-We all need help!
