I have lost 2lbs 20z. This is my first week, I am very new to this and my next task is to work on my calorie intake (which is too low since of cut out a lot of rubbish) and to get my excercise levels right (seem's I am overdoing it). Get the calculator out! I am very encouraged and motivated by my progress.

Sorry I have not Posted any weights lately, was struggling for a while with no results but have not given up and turned things around. Been on this site 90 days and it is going slow, keep telling myself slow is good. Have lost 19 lbs, that turns out to be about 1.5 lbs a week which is good. But the best part is the improvement in my Diabetic numbers, and cardio health. Doctors are happy, and I hope and pray that I have a new life style.

I weighed in at 184 lbs. the last three weeks I have lost 2 lbs each week. Feeling emoticon about my progress

the reason for the difference in what I reported (6 lbs) and the ticker on here is because I hadn't started the Virtual Weigh-in until a week after I had started my competition at work for Biggest Loser. emoticon

Another week another pound, in the wrong direction. It happens. What did I expect when I tracked nothing this past week. But today is a fresh day, my tracker is half full, had half of my water allowance already, and looked myself in the mirror and gave myself a pep talk reminding me of my goals.

151.2 pounds. I have 20-25 pounds to lose before I hit my goal. Hoping my new bike trainer will help! Spent 30 minutes yesterday going at a decent pace. Here's to another ride tonight!
