I allow myself at least one small treat a week. If not, I will gorge on junk food. My weakness is ice cream, so once a week my boyfriend and I get one. Saying no to all junk food is nearly impossible. Treat yourself occasionally. You deserve it! Just don't treat yourself because you lost weight. Have those treats be something like a mani pedi. Then you won't feel guilty!

Lets do this!

HI EWYLIE12,

Good job. One thing I want to remind you of and that is, you don't have to have a perfect diet to live a healthy lifestyle. Studies actually show that those who are too restricted as to what they can and can't eat have a much harder time in making this a life-long commitment. So give yourself some wiggle room. Life can and will get in the way of our best intentions. The notion is to keep these periods under control by allowing us say one cookie instead of 5, only to vow to start all over tomorrow, on Sunday or after the holidays.

THANKS to your husband and you for the service to our country and enjoy your time with him.

Coach Nancy

This is Day 4 back with Spark and I'm doing perfect. Went from 184 to 181.6 just from not drinking soda and water and logging my food. My husband is home (military) and it's a struggle everyday not to eat junk. I literally am talking to myself to not do it. He leaves on Sunday and I'm trying my hardest to hang on because I don't wanna mess up what I've started. Feeling really frustrated.
