It's okay . . . you didn't gain. Set a small goal for yourself to increase steps and/or improve tracking your daily intake.

Remind yourself that your next weigh in will display a decrease in weight. Sometimes we may not see the number change on the scale, but we're losing inches.

I may have already checked in, but I can't remember. I started losing weight about 1 month now and decided to get involved wtih the Fitbit Team as a means to get me moving. Although I do not enjoy working out, I know it's a necessity to keep the weight off. Until next time, Merry Xmas to you and your families:)

Weighed in is morning at 154, which is down 1 pound from last week. I have fluctuated all week at 155 and 156, so I was very happy to go into Christmas Day back on track. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you.

emoticon emoticon Happy Holiday....I over indulged in fruits over last couple days so I knew the extra water from fuits would change weight. It seems everywhere I went there was fruit from cakes,pies, organic,salad,grilled, homemade fruit ice cream,smoothies, I don't I have ever seen so many creative ways people served fruit and I just had to try them all. I think I ate atleast 20-30 varieties made with fruit. emoticon

I just measured myself quickly and I don't think I've lost any inches or centimeters...I'll do a more accurate measure later but I'm feeling pretty discouraged and upset about it. How should I go about trying to lose visible inches? My boyfriend says he can see a difference but not sure if that's true or if he's just saying that because he knows it will make me sad if he tells me he can't haha. emoticon

I weighed in on Monday and it was the same as last week, 186#. It has taken me all week to report it because I did a foolish thing on Sunday afternoon, and precipitated an IBS attack and have been suffering all week. Next week will be better.
