I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but I figured I'd post on it and see if I could get some friendly support! :)
I weigh myself each day, and it is often very discouraging to me, as my weight naturally fluctuates. Often times, I weigh myself more than once a day. I'll do it throughout the day, before meals, after meals, etc. It's such a bad habit and I know I need to stop!!
Any tips on how I can step away from the scale!? I'd like to weigh myself once a week and measure my progress. I've even tried putting my scale out of sight until weigh in day, but I still get the urge to go and weigh myself! Any ideas? Thanks! :)
