I weigh myself in the morning naked. Before eating.
And once a week I report it to Spark People.
I find it important to know why my weight goes up and down
Noting what I have been eating or how much exercise I have done gives me the anwer why I get more slim or more fat.
I am too lazy to take off all my clothes before and after each meal - When I am with other people this wuold also seem strange....

Better laugh at nothing
Than nothing to laugh at
I'm seriously thinking of getting on the scale less often. I normally get on it every day, but I'm thinking of doing that less. I'm thinking it can be healthier doing that less often.

Nothing Is Impossible with God.
Each Day Is A New Beginning.
When You Draw Close To God, God Will Draw Close To You.
Spark People Team Leader, GLITTERGIRL, from Team, "I Can't Do This On My Own", helped me reach my goal in 2012. I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue. I will keep on, until I get back to my goal.
I weigh myself every morning. I may be discouraged sometimes but I have found that if I don't the weight creeps back up at a fast pace.
Helps me to eat less on the days when I "don't see" any progress.
I also have found tracking calories as accurately as possible is a BIG help too.
We CAN Do It Together !!
Hi. I weigh in once a week on Monday. I didn't even own a scale for years. I take my measurement every month or every other. I go by how my clothes are fitting and how I feel. There are too many variables that go into what the scale says.
I love SparkPeople
Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
I am responsible for my own happiness.
My name is Bonnie
The scale calls my name every morning and it is more like non stop until I weigh.
Think I'll put the scale in the trunk of my car for a week.
Try putting the scale in a place that isn't easy to access. ie garage or something like that if it were a chore to get to, you might not want to use it as much. Good luck
maybe put it out of sight for a week, so it isn't so easy to get to?
EVERYBODY needs a WOOHOO!!!
I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but I figured I'd post on it and see if I could get some friendly support! :)
I weigh myself each day, and it is often very discouraging to me, as my weight naturally fluctuates. Often times, I weigh myself more than once a day. I'll do it throughout the day, before meals, after meals, etc. It's such a bad habit and I know I need to stop!!
Any tips on how I can step away from the scale!? I'd like to weigh myself once a week and measure my progress. I've even tried putting my scale out of sight until weigh in day, but I still get the urge to go and weigh myself! Any ideas? Thanks! :)
