It was so good to find this topic.The stress was building yesterday, because it was taking so long to enter foods on my ancient computer. I am seriously saving to upgrade to an i-phone with the app!
Many New Zealand labels give kilojoules, not calories so I need to calculate a lot,if I use existing lists..
I decided it was quicker in the long run, taking the time to enter food groups and favourites,rather than searching through so many brand names and repetitions in the tracker, with so many items not available locally.
When I'm busy, I put the packaging nutritional labels in a box by the computer, and catch up after dinner, and I schedule catch up sessions while I'm watching Gok repeats over the weekend.
I weigh 223lbs not kilos, but I can't get my ticker to change!
