I know quite a few people who will be more than happy to donate a few extra lbs that they have to a worthy cause.emoticon I am glad you stopped steroids. Have you tried drink those Ensure drinks after your meals. That is what they gave my Dad when he was sick.

I AM TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT!! GAINED QUITE A FEW POUNDS ON STEROIDS, BUT UPON WEANING OFF, HAVE LOST SOME DESIRED WEIGHT!!
