True. But whatever you post on SP, goes to the Web. Just don't blog anything your not going to stand behind or be proud of. Also remember: SP is now connected to Facebook and Twitter. As yet no privacy issues. It is a hassell and sometimes fruitless endeavor to have one's blogs and posts removed from SP.
A while back before you were a spark friend I posted about this, and Coach Jen took all my posts down because she said it was causing panic. So what I did was a blog about it. Then I mailed each and every spark friend and told them. I kind of forgot about it. You have your picture as a profile image. That can be searched and they can get to your page. After mailing my friends about 9 who had baby pictures, their picture or other personal information took the pictures down and changed the profile image. Some even changed their handle because it was their name or something they used on another site and identifiable. One lady is now using angel wings as image profile etc. There are sex offenders out there who can do a lot of snooping. I am aware of this because I use to counsel victims.

Too Late! You can set your page to private, but then communicating with other SP folks is a frustrating. Pretty much all SP blogs once posted go directly to the Web. I found most of mine by Googling my blog titles. They all showed up on Yahoo and Google. Since SP uses Google for searches, there's really not much you can do about it, since its not an issue of your privacy.
Does anyone know how to remove the share button on a blog. I am sure nobody would want to share my ramblings, but just in case. I wouldn't like them shared on facebook or anything. I don't mind sharing on here but not on social media!
I did go into edit my page option and thought there would be an option to untick but I can't see it.

You can press forward long after you canít. Itís a matter of wanting it bad enough.
The bad news is: we are our own worst enemies. The good news is: we are our own greatest champions.
