Happy New Year everyone!
I hope everyone is still motivated to live a healthier life and to get rid of those pounds. Maybe we can even welcome back some members who have taken some time off.

On the other hand a new year always marks a new beginning and why not starting now to get healthier. Noone is perfect and noone expects you to loose five or ten pounds a week. Sometimes only one little change in your daily habits can have a positive effect on you and help you to stay motivated in following a healthier lifestyle.
A good start could be stocking your kitchen with the right food.
