Losing weight and getting healthier this past year was, for me, the result of an accidental resolution. I made a decision and I stuck to it, only later realizing that I made the choice to get healthy on New Years Day. I struggled quite a bit getting started and I also stumbled. It took over 4 months to realize I needed help and find my place here at SparkPeople.
Just because I got lucky (or just really wanted it) with keeping last years resolution does not mean I won't need help with this years.
