Personally, I like to tell the food pushers to "stuff it in their piehole!" Then again, my family loves me no matter how obnoxious I am. LOL! Seriously, I have been known to indulge in something I really want. However, if I don't want to eat it and don't want to offend, I usually ask what is in it and then claim a digestive sensitivity to it--no one wants to push the subject if you bring up "digestive distress"
