I hate water! I can manage a bottle or two, but Dr. Pepper is my kryptonite! Is iced tea sweetened with splenda really so bad?!

I try to get in my 8 glasses of water a day and will have 1 or 2 cups of coffee (black, no sugar) and sometimes a cup of pomegranate green tea

I drink any where from 72-92 oz of water daily and 1-3 cups of coffee or hot herbal tea. I am trying to cut the coffee habit or at least the creamer I use in it. That is my down fall because it adds up to 50-60 calories each cup. (ooch)

Water & my morning coffee are about it these days. I had a cup of tea about a week ago when I was shivering from the cold and a mixed drink during the hurricane.
