I love the tortilla's. I keep them in the house at all times. Great for wraps, a medium burrito, a large taco, warmed up then add 1 Tbsp. peanut butter, Quesadilla's with veggies and 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese. The options are endless. And yes very low-cal!
I haven't seen the fiber one bars smaller yet I will have to keep my eye out on that. I do have the brownies in the house but forget they are there.
I usually shop at Sams club for the tortillas (2/$4.00) and fiber one products because they come out cheaper, that's probable why I haven't seen the smaller one's
Oh also Thomas Lite English Muffins 100 cal and 8 grams of fiber. Great for sandwiches, breakfast with egg, mini veggie pizza's

Those tortillas are seriously lo-cal! The Fiber One Chewy bars are awesome - they make a smaller one now too, 90 calories and 5 grams fiber, just like the brownies. The breads are worth trying, although the calories are high! 100-110 calories a slice but, 48-51% fiber requirement for 2 slices.
Fiber. This is the only nutrient I added to my nutrition tracker. I try to get at least 25 grams daily and I swear it really helps! Fiber keeps me full longer, and that helps prevent to mindless eating I tend to do if I get even the tiniest bit hungry. I also drink more water (I made the mistake of not drinking enough and suffered the mysterious "digestive distress") to make sure the fiber does its job properly. And it works on the digestion issues really well--I have gotten rid of 99% of my stomach issues--even dairy doesn't bother me like it used to.
