Here are some foods I eat that are great for increasing the fiber
Ole Extreme Wellness high fiber tortillas Tomato basil or Spinach and Herb, 68-71 calories and 12 grams of fiber per tortilla.
Fiber One Oats and Chocolate fiber bars, 140 calories and 9 grams of fiber. These are great for when you want something sweet I call them my candy bars.
Orville Redenbachers Smartpop pop corn, 100 calories and 4 grams of fiber per serving.
Hot Oat Bran cereal, 120 calories and 5 grams fiber
Double fiber Wheat bread 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber
Beans, fruits, vegetables.
