This is some great information. Not only doing them incorrectly will burn less calories but increases the risk of injuring yourself. You work so hard to do them, so why not get the most out of them.
As for challenges for me I know I need to jot down what I have done to hold myself accountable.
Maybe a challenge to try a new exercise or exercise video 3 times a week for at least 10 minutes.
Try drinking a full glass of water before each meal and snack to see if this helps us with portion control, and list how it is working for you.
Try a new fruit of vegetable at least once a week and tell us about it.
