I read the article just yesterday and was thinking about posting the link tomorrow LOL. Anyways I thought it does make sense and I have been frustrated lately, since the scale isn't moving at all. So I was thinking about trying to maintain for a few weeks before I start to loose some weight again. Not that I won't be happy if I lost some pounds.

Maintenance is going to be a challenge just like weight loss. After this Thanksgiving holiday I can see where my struggles are going to come in. Even though I changed up the menu to make them healthier I still could not control my habit of over doing it, with all the food, everyone gathering to eat, and going back for seconds. From overdoing it the day before and eating all the carbs that I am really not use to eating in abundance I was starving all day yesterday and wanted to eat all day.
Like you its a little late but make sense.

It is a little late for me to try now--but the idea seems sound. Basically, you spend some time learning about healthier choices and calorie limits and get comfortable with those things before you start losing. These tools help you through your loss phase and back into maintenance when you reach your goals.
