I personally don't like this time of the year. November is such a depressing month and the days get shorter and colder. I always catch myself trying to hide in the house because the weather i too bad to go outside. Definitely not a helpful move for a healthier lifestyle because I get bored and lazy easily and if there is nothing to do, I eat (ugh). And if eating out of boredom wasn't bad enough, there are also all the holidays coming up where I (we all) have to face huge amounts of food. So how is it possible that you won't overeat if you face such challenges?
