I have lost 67lbs so far. emoticon
September and October were quite the challenge. Lots of stumbles along the way, but I think I have refocused myself and headed back in the right direction. This month feels like its going to be a good one.
I use my nutrition tracker daily. It is the key to keeping me from going to the extreme sometimes. I also track my fitness regularly.

Now that is some serious progress my friend.

Yeah, the nutrition tracker can be tedious on certain foods. It's also hard to gauge the calories that you've eaten that was cooked by other people and the holidays are around the corner. oy vay!

If Kelly wasn't always pointing out articles, I would probably miss a lot, but I can find almost everything if I know to look for it. (does that make sense?)
The nutrition tracker gives me more grief than the fitness tracker. Sometimes the foods just aren't what you need. For example: Cheese Pizza. Your serving choices are: 12 inch pie, a slice, or an ounce. As far as I know, a standard pizza is 16 inches in diameter and I suspect the slice option is also calculated from this mythical 12 inch pie. So one day I did the math, and figured out how many 12" pie slices are equal to a 16" slice. Of course, I can never remember what that magic number is, so I randomize, and calculate 1.5-2 slices per actual slice I eat.
