I have lost 67lbs so far. September and October were quite the challenge. Lots of stumbles along the way, but I think I have refocused myself and headed back in the right direction. This month feels like its going to be a good one. I use my nutrition tracker daily. It is the key to keeping me from going to the extreme sometimes. I also track my fitness regularly.

to 43 pounds total and 31 since joining SparkPeople! If Kelly wasn't always pointing out articles, I would probably miss a lot, but I can find almost everything if I know to look for it. (does that make sense?) The nutrition tracker gives me more grief than the fitness tracker. Sometimes the foods just aren't what you need. For example: Cheese Pizza. Your serving choices are: 12 inch pie, a slice, or an ounce. As far as I know, a standard pizza is 16 inches in diameter and I suspect the slice option is also calculated from this mythical 12 inch pie. So one day I did the math, and figured out how many 12" pie slices are equal to a 16" slice. Of course, I can never remember what that magic number is, so I randomize, and calculate 1.5-2 slices per actual slice I eat.
