Ashley is working on leading a healthy lifestyle mainly because it's something she wants to do for herself; however, she is also doing this for her family. She is very active on Spark and so far, she has lost 12 pounds. That's 42,000 calories gone FOREVAH!

I have an amazing, supportive family and I want to be healthy enough to keep up with them. My husband does a lot of very physical work for a living and my son is a baseball player in the making. It is important that I put down the books and keep up with the men in my life.

My Goals: My greatest goal is to feel great so I have the ability to keep up with my son and my "endurance happy" husband.
My Program: I'm changing the way I eat to maintain my safe ranges as proposed by SP. I'm trying to move and exercise daily while continuing to be a productive homeowner/mother/wife/employee/daughter/si ster/aunt/niece. Ah, all the roles we manage!
