I have a few struggles. One is affordability. I am the single mother of 2 children with one in college. I have to find a way to keep the grocery bill in budget and working out without being able to afford a healthclub membership. Sometimes finding the time to get my exercise in is hard when you have yardwork, housework and games to go to. I am active on the weekends and have a hard time getting to a computer to track. I tracked like crazy at first, so on the weekends I just stick to the known. I use alot of my lunch time to research and blog about nutrition and exercise. I have had an elliptical and treadmill given to me by my parents who are active, healthy, and so encouraging. So I do consider myself lucky, some people don't have parents who can do that. I am lucky that my kids are not picky eater and will try anything. And when my phone contract comes due I will have a phone that I can use the SP app.
