My week isn't to bad. I have got in 2 runs but no cross training. I feel lucky that the weather is mild for being fall so I have been able to continue outdoor exercising. I have got 3 friends signed up on SP. One has 124lbs to lose. The other other 2 only has about 20lbs. One of the 2 friends that only has 20lbs to lose has already lost over 90lbs before SP, but wanted some motivation. This should keep me motivated too.

I am realizing as the weather grows chilly, I am down 40 pounds of insulation. I am cold! My co-workers seem to think this is hysterical because I was always warm at work previously. I bought long sleeve t-shirts this weekend. I haven't had to wear them yet, but I am sure I will. I am having some pain in my left knee again--I need to stop trying to run. Even a minute or two of running seems to set it off. A mile, is a mile whether I walk or run, right?

My week is pretty slow. I still have my cold. I have been too lazy, grumpy and unmotivated to get some activity in the last couple days and my eating habits were/are miserable. Funny thing is that I tried on another pair of old pants and I am able to button them. HA what an irony. Anyways, today I went outside to take my dog for a quick walk and go right back to my couch. Fortunately, I met another lady with a dog and we decided to walk together. Normally, I enjoy my walks with my dog alone, but I was so glad that I had someone coming with me today. We didn't walk fast, but I felt so much better after the long walk. So even if I am not ready to work out with my cold, I will at least take a long walk in until I feel better.
