Good morning team. Wow, a lot of you have earned some serious fitness minutes so far this month. Those of you who are really trying, pat yourselves on the back. So far this month, I rank #40 out of 176 members who have earned any kind of fitness minute activity for the month. I'm half-way there in reaching the 600 minute fitness goal for this month. Although, the participation is great, I'm still surprised at how low the team member activity for fitness minutes is considering the amount of members that we have on our team. Any suggestions?
Don't give up folks. You're worth it, you really are. It's not too late to get back in the game. Post what you want to achieve in the October Challenge and do your best to get in 600 fitness minutes in. Raking leaves, mowing the lawn, heavy house cleaning, it all counts and they are listed in the Fitness Tracker.
