I wake up alittle early to have a little bit of me time. Of course I am doing yoga at that time but that is what makes me relax and start my day. I think of my running as my me time. This is when I do all my thinking and planning.

Good morning. So, you've been reading the articles on Spark and checking out the links posted to the team and the other teams that you're on. You've learned how to plan your goals and use the tools on Spark to help you reach your health and fitness goals. In the meantime, you've probably been very busy taking care of your family and friends and finding yourself with very little "me" time.
Learning a healthier way to live is not all about eating and exercising. It's also about maintaining a healthy mental balance to do the things you need to do while having time to yourself as well. Some of the most successful people have a lot of stress and obligations in their lives; however, they have found that balance to succeed in maintaining a healthy life while living a very busy and hectic lifestyle. If you want something bad enough, you'll find a way.
My point, think for a few minutes on what makes YOU happy. No one else, just you. Get out your calendar or "to do" list and write just 1 small thing that brings you joy that isn't health and fitness related and do it. In fact, schedule it in. From 10:00am -10:30am I'm going to ______ or from 9:00pm-9:30pm I'm going to __________ and let others in your household know that you're working on a special project and won't be available during this time frame. When the time comes, do it. Keep doing this each and every day, even if it's just writing in a journal. This is something that you're doing for yourself that you enjoy doing.
