Opposite problem at my home - it was 109 degrees last week, the end, (I hope) of about the hottest summer and fall I can remember. I can't wait for the cooler fall and winter when it's easy to get outside to exercise! Yesterday I was working in the garden for three hours and was so happy for the "cooler" fall weather - about 75 or 80.

I enjoy to exercise and being outside, but I have to change my exercise routine since it is dark early in the morning or in the evening and the trails don't have any lights.I have so much more energy when I get to go outside than being in the house all day, so I will try to continue to exercise outside as often as possible. If the weather gets too bad, I will still have my exercise videos.

Good morning team. I don't know what the temperature is in your part of the world; but in my area, fall is definitely here. If you plan on getting your exercise in outdoors and you feel that it's too cold outside, do you have a plan B? If so, what is it? For me, I drag out my exercise DVDs.
