I have a lot of favorites. This one: "It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It will require sacrifice. You will need to push your body to its max. There will be tempatation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's worth it." was such a powerful reminder to me on a daily basis, that I ended up tattoing "It is worth it" on my forearm. Other favorites: "You don't need to go fast. You just need to go." "No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch." and "Set goals. Reach goals. Make new goals. Repeat."
