I just love this group. I myself spend much time reading blogs, articles, recipes and tracking that before I know it my day has begun without me. I get so wrapped up in this sight I lose track of my time. I do need to post more but I am really a very shy person, but I am trying. Good evening to you. ;) Count me as an active "guy" SP is totally working for me--I am pretty much on target with my losses, though I know I sometimes still make poor food choices. I made some lovely oven roasted butternut squash this week and it was yummy! Tonight, I am off to an awareness rally for a group called The Fallen on Long Island. My friend is the one spearheading the campaign to stop drug abuse/overdoses of the young people in this area. She lost her daughter to a heroin OD just a couple of months ago. In fact, I gotta run if I am going to make it. Catch you all this weekend!

Good morning everyone. I hope this finds you in good spirits and ready for the weekend. For those of you who have to work the weekends, I hope you enjoyed your time off during the week.
By the way, how many active guys do we have on the team?
Going forward, keep in mind that this is your team. Take a look at the main page of the team and feel free to post something of interest that you find interesting. Don't be shy. Have you tried a new recipe? Post what you tried and how it came out. Have you read a good book or seen a good movie, etc... post this information in the Entertainment Forum.
This team is rather large is we're one of the largest Spark Class teams on this site and it would be nice to see more posts by you. Plus, if you're making some good progress, tell us what's working for you and what's not. Studies show the more active you are on the threads the better the success rate in reaching your goals.
By the way, do you have any plans for this weekend? Anything fun? or are you just going to use your time off for some much needed downtime?
