Great tips to make time for exercise. I ometimes catch myself saying that I don't have time to do certain things but then when I look back I noticed that I was either too comfortable or just wasting time on things I could have done faster. So now I try to plan things ahead and I'm doing better.

Good morning team. I hope all of you had a great weekend. You have been working very hard this month. I just checked our team stats and this class ranks #14 our of all of the other Spark Classes. You've earned a well deserved pat on the back. Extra kudos to those of you who are active on the threads and cheering your team mates on. It does make a difference.
Enjoy the day and for those of you who are struggling right now, don't give up. Even if you have to focus one day at a time, you can do it.
