Hawaii, maybe your body is not ready yet. Don't be to hard on yourself and just work up to it even if it is only a couple of mins. You will get back to your old self. You know some times those colds can linger on a couple of months if you take some ester C everyday it will help you kick the remnants quicker :) Best Wishes.

Anybody who has been reading these knows (because I have been exceptionally whiny) that I caught a summer cold a few weeks ago. I stopped exercising at that point because I physically couldn't get through it because of the coughing. I'm pretty much over it now and I am struggling to get back in my daily walking routine. I just don't have the "umph" to get on the treadmill most days, and I feel like I am wimping out. I am going to keep plugging along, however. I'll get back to where I was.

For me I have brain washed my self to eating only healthy because in reality unhealthy foods are poison to our bodies. I have health problems and it is essential I eat right and take care of myself. We only get one body and we MUST treat it right in order for it to treat us right. After I started eating strictly healthy when I did stray the food just tasted unhealthy to me. I do NO fast food! I got a corn pup, that I loved, took a bite and there was a fried baby mouse in the corn batter!!! Made me litterally sick and I am not a squimish person. This did not reflect on the individual store since they are mass produced at the factory. I repeat, I will NEVER eat fast food again!! We should treat our body as a temple :D Best Wishes!!
