Oh, I have definitely had many positive changes. Most important to me are the positive changes in my health--I can climb stairs again and I have almost no back and hip pain anymore. The smaller size of me is a nice bonus, but I set out to make myself healthier and I am doing that.

So much truth in that thought. I think that's what many people (including me) don't see: the small achievements and victories. Maybe you haven't lost much weight yet and maybe you still eat not healthy all the time, but when you take closer look you might notice some positive changes/achievements.
