Happy Friday team! I hope you've had a good week and that you're ready for the weekend. We are day 7 into a new month and I hope that you're keeping your eyes on the prize, which is you. Keep your body moving and track what you eat. It does help.
This will be my last post to the team until the 23rd. Wish me luck on the move. I want to thank those of you who have volunteered to post to the team threads to keep the team engaged and I apologize that I'll be away.
In the meantime, stay focused on your goal(s) for this month and let's see if you can beat your stats from August.
