Good morning team,
I hope this finds you well rested and ready to grab September by the horns and make this a great month in your health and fitness journey. Like Tibi said in one of the threads, "The intentions are there, but the motivation is not." Great post by the way. Like with anything new, it's hard to make changes in our life; however, if you want it bad enough, you will find a way to make it happen. It also doesn't have to be viewed as "hard work." Instead, approach this as something you HAVE to do. How many times have you made yourself work out and after you were finished, you felt so much better. It also lifted your spirits and this feeling is what keeps you going. For most people, results aren't seen immediately; however, eventually, your body will follow the new healthier you.
Hopefully, you will be off work today so you can do something just for you and if you're feeling blue, do at least 10 minutes of fitness activity.
Whatever you have planned for today, make it a good one and don't let your negative thoughts bring you down.
