Medic, congratulations on reaching your goals for August! I bet you feel like a million bucks.

HAWAII5YEARS: Glad to see you're back on track and I hope you've seen a doctor to ensure that there aren't any limitations to what you can do. I would hate for you to hurt yourself.

I'm still gathering the data that you've provided from the "What's Your Status" thread and email responses. You've provided some very helpful information and our September team goal will be posted in a couple of days.

In the meantime, enjoy the day in your part of the world and if you're being impacted by the hurricane, be safe and let us know that you're ok.

A goal for Semptember: I want to start my strength training back up. My left knee hurts all the time and I think my waist has actually gotten bigger even though I've dropped pounds. Strength training was helping those things and I need to get back on track with it.

As far as what I have acheived in August: I have gotten back on the treadmill routinely. June and July I had let myself backslide and had some shoe issues. Well, I fixed the shoe problem and I am on the treadmill 45 minutes most days again and when I can't seem to manage that, i try to get at least 20 minutes.
