1. Are you exercising? If so, what are you doing?
Walking
Running
Did some Dvd's a couple times, but I prefer to get outof the house to exercise :-)
Strength Training- not yet, but I know that I really need to start with some ST

2. Nutrition:
I mostly drink at least 8oz of water a day and more when I exercise.

I cook more than I eat out. (I never eat out (well,maybe like twice a year). I am trying to avoid processed foods and at the moment I am also trying to substitute sugar with stevia and instead of salt I am experimenting with all kind of spices. I still eat the same foods as I did before joining Sparkpeople, but also trying to find healthier alternatives.)

I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast.

I only eat 1 or 2 times a day.(on the weekends)


3. Body:
I want to lose some weight and the program I'm using is working.
I still have a long way to go and sometimes it is frustrating that it is going so slow, but I know that this is the only way to go :-)


4. Will Power/Motivation

I have no problem with sticking to my program. (There are days, I find it difficult to get motivated though)

Elliptical
Strength Training

2. Nutrition:

I plan my meals in advance, most of the time.
I drink 64oz or more water everyday.
I cook alot more than I eat out.
I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast.
I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day

3. Body:
I am having trouble loosing the weight, dr's say it has something to do with my immune disease

4. Will Power/Motivation

I have no problem with sticking to my program.

I drink 64oz  or more water on a regular basis.
I cook more than I eat out.
I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast.
I split up my calories for the day by consuming around 300 calories 4-5 times a day in 3-4 hour intervals to keep my metabolism burning.

3. Body:

I've already reached my goal weight and I'm in maintenance mode.
I've already reached my goal weight; however, I want to tone my body.

4. Will Power/Motivation

I have no problem with sticking to my program. So far.

With all of us at different fitness levels, if you don't mind, please answer the questions below to help determine the content to post that will help you most on your health and fitness journey. 2. Nutrition:

I plan my meals in advance.
I need more help in choosing the right foods to eat.
I am on a special diet program. If so, what's the name of it? Atkins? etc...
I mostly drink at least 8oz of water a day and more when I exercise.
I don't drink 8oz of water on a regular basis.
I eat out more than I cook. If so, what type of restaurants do you go to? Italian, Mexican, etc?
