Just Strength Training
Training using DVD's? If so, what is the name of the DVD?
I plan my meals in advance.
I need more help in choosing the right foods to eat.
I am on a special diet program. If so, what's the name of it? Atkins? etc...
I mostly drink at least 8oz of water a day and more when I exercise.
I don't drink 8oz of water on a regular basis.
I eat out more than I cook. If so, what type of restaurants do you go to? Italian, Mexican, etc?
I cook more than I eat out.
I never cook my meals; however, I would like to know how.
I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast.

I split up my calories for the day by consuming around 300 calories 4-5 times a day in 3-4 hour intervals to keep my metabolism burning.
