Sunday's weigh in was 229.6. Not as much as I wanted, not quite a pound, but at least it's still going! That's over 12 pounds lost!

Lost one pound this week...started to feel down about it for a second and then realized before I started working on being healthy, I soooo easily could have gone one pound or more in the opposite direction. So I am grateful for one pound.

I joined I think April 16??? or the Monday near that. I agree about missing out on weekend fun if weighing in Monday and cheating too much on the weekends if weighingon Friday...Well, I decided I'd do better weighing on Mondays since my goal is to loose weight...I don't want to mess up over the weekend:) AND IT's WORKED!:) It's been four weeks today and I've lost 9.5!! WOOOHOOO!:) Journaling has kept me very focused! And I think checking in here weekly may help too!:) Every bit helps:) Thank you!

I'm exactly 233 today... I almost typed 333... please, no, I have enough work as it is! :) But that was a cheater weigh in... my real day is Wednesday morning, and I'm hopping for a good loss!! But I'm down about 8 pounds total!

My scales seem to fluctuate when I step off and then get right back on again. So am going to take the first weight I get, and not retry because I have gone up a few 1/10ths of a pound to almost a pound.

Down 4 pounds this week, feeling pretty good too. Not able to do any running, hope to get back to walking though this next week, and make even more weight drop off.

Finally down 3 lbs. DIET is key! I am a frequent exerciser/runner (P90x/Marathon training), however I still ate whatever I wanted to, so I never lost any wieght. Sure, I've built nice muscle, too bad I can't see them. If I want to start chipping away at these excess 30lbs, I have to be aware of what I consume at ALL times!

I would love to but am weary of what day to weigh... weighing Mondays means I have a hard time enjoying my weekend...weighing Fridays could mean I could psych myself into having a depressed weekend..hmph. I think I will weigh in on Thursdays. So look out for me next week :)

I just started yesterday so I'm still trying to figure this out, but I know weighing in and being accountable is something that will definitely work for me.
