Congrats! Today is my 6th day- I also have good news. Its the first day I met my protein requirements. Not an easy task for me, apparently.

Amy

165 lbs- New work pants
150 lbs- Cowboy boots!

Congratulations! Jennifer, That is a huge change! I did quit caffiene about 10 years ago while on BabyFit (another SparkPeople site) and can't go back now. I didn't know how much it really affected me even after surviving the withdrawal headaches. It was when I started to drink something caffinated over a year later that I finally realized the effects.

So again Congratulations on such a positive change. Each small stepp will accumulate to make big differences. Way to go!!!!

Today is my 7th day on Spark. So far so good. I went to the doctor yesterday, any my blood pressure was already in the normal range just by quitting caffeine and adding water. The worst part of the caffeine withdrawal is over!
