Sometimes we go over, but that's okay. We pick ourselves up the next day and start over by getting back on track. You have to eat at least 3 meals per day (babybel cheese doesn't count as a meal, hee hee).

And it's not even 6pm. I normally have a big breakfast and dinner, with a very small lunch. Well, I pigged out at lunch and I am worried about dinner.
I don't want to go over all weekend, and we are going to Dad's tomorrow. Talk about a man that does NOT understand the concept of diet or watching what you eat. He can't stand that I'm a veggie and is convinced that I'm "malnourished".
